Topcon haul truck systems register and count every haul and connect the trucks to all other machines on the site. The system features a small and portable control box that mounts into the truck cab. As the truck is loaded, on transport or dumped material, data about the content and activity is stored a central location.

The system takes over manual counting and guessing, and opens task management to usually unconnected parties on site.

Uploading haul data

The Topcon HT-30 is a system for haul trucks and other bulk material transports. The HT-30 system features a small and portable control box that mounts into the truck cab. Every haul truck activity and movement is ID-tagged and stored at one place.

It’s the same place where all other machines find site data and share their production. It makes it possible to combine haul and production data into one platform for planning, scheduling or rerouting.
